A museum of fine trophies is exhibited: 10th largest Polar bear, Alaskan Brown bear, mountain lion, jaguar, elk antelope, deer and many others. Watch our New West Shootout and see how a gunfight would be conducted in today's competitive world. Dinner bell rings to announce an authentic smoked brisket supper with all the fixin's served on tin plates & cups. Experience the era of the Great American cowboy during your meal as you listen to tales of the Texas Longhorn cattle drives. After supper it's time to start the "How the West Was Sung" show! The English Brothers, all native Texans, perform classic western tunes such as Cool Water and Ghost Riders in the Sky. Their unique genetic vocal blend accompanied by pure acoustic instrumentation is likened to the sounds of the Sons of the Pioneers, Roy Rogers, and Gene Autry.
