Planning an editorial research visit to San Antonio?

The earlier you contact us, the more we may be able to assist you (e.g., providing a San Antonio Passport to a number of attractions, etc.) To assist you best, we require six weeks notice. Requests for assistance are handled on an individual basis. Please send a letter of intent by fax or e-mail on the letterhead of the media outlet you are representing. Specify the circulation and/or audience of the media outlet you represent, a description of your assignment and the type of assistance you are requesting. If you are a freelance journalist, include the name and phone number of the editor who gave you the assignment.

Although the CVB cannot generally provide airfare nor do we provide complimentary rental car services, we can make it easy for you to visit San Antonio, see our wonderful attractions, meet the right resources and allow San Antonio to seep deep into your heart.
