Kathie Lee and Hoda Kotb hit the road for an All-American excursion visiting San Antonio on Wednesday, July 29. They are putting their cowboy boots and hats on and taking the fourth hour to The Lone Star State. Broadcast live from the spectacular River Walk in San Antonio, Texas. Gifford and Kotb will discover the true meaning of “Everything is bigger in Texas” as they look at the fashion, the Honky-tonk nightlife and even the native animals. They will explore the city’s vast history including a look at the Alamo, one of America’s leading historic attractions, and they will learn the ropes of the famed Dixie Dude Ranch, the country’s oldest working dude ranch. They will also sample famous local Texas barbeque, and test their rodeo skills on a mechanical bull. And one of Texas’ own, Grammy Award winner Lee Ann Womack will join the ladies in San Antonio for a special performance. “Today” will explore the down-home beauty of the United States and partake in accessible vacation for everyone.
