        It’s time to rock, roll and run through historic San Antonio for the Rock ‘n’ Roll San Antonio Marathon & ½ Marathon, Sunday, November 15, 2009. Considered the largest marathon in Texas, the 26.2 and 13.1-mile courses will run through historic districts, across the River Walk, past eighteenth century Spanish missions including the Alamo and end at the Alamodome for a finish-line fiesta and concert. In true rock-star fashion, live bands and hundreds of spirited cheerleaders will line courses to keep you entertained from start to finish.
