The Culinary Institute of America (CIA), the world’s premier culinary college, is offering two-day, Latino-inspired cooking classes at their Center for Foods of the Americas campus in historic San Antonio. You don’t have to be a professional chef to enroll in these two-day courses, just a bonafide food enthusiast. Once your chef hat is securely in place, you’ll explore the cultural and culinary traditions of the region, discovering ingredients that can add a kick to everyday meals.
