Many artists call San Antonio home making it a great hub to find unique pieces of art for a variety of tastes. If you don't know a city very well it can be difficult to figure out where to start when looking for that perfect piece to bring home. Here you'll find a list of some of the cities art galleries that showcase our creative scene. 

Southtown Arts District

Gallista Gallery: Original oil and watercolor paintings from San Antonio native, Joe Lopez.

Garcia Art Glass: One-of-a-kind blown glass lighting and sculpture. Studio located in Southtown with glassblowing demonstrations. Gallery located on the San Antonio River Walk.

San Angel Folk Art: Specializing in ceramics, metal work, wood work, baskets and Day of the Dead art. Located in the Blue Star Arts Complex.

La Villita Historic Arts Village

Little Studio Gallery: The Little Gallery has watercolors, oils and acrylics in house as well as uniquely designed jewelry.

River Art Group: Over 254 artists from San Antonio working in a wide variety of media. 

Downtown Area

Centro de Artes Gallery: A gallery dedicated to telling the story of the Latino experience, showcasing San Antonio and regional art, history and culture. 

Culture Commons Gallery: A cultural space that integrates the arts info civic conversation by encouraging creativity. Exhibits are free and open to the public. 

Lawrence Markey: Drawings, paintings and sculptures from 1960 to present.

Public Art San Antonio Studio: PASA features year-round exhibits, workshops and educational events.

High Wire Arts: A contemporary art gallery with a community-based focus. Emphasizing a broad spectrum of artistic expressions including film, performance art, and installations as well as traditional media.
